Community

Orchard Knob is a community of 65 homes located in High Point. Beautifully landscaped and meticulously manicured, it combines the convenience of city activities with quiet, relaxing living. We are centrally located between downtown Winston-Salem and Greensboro. Both downtown High Point and the Farmer’s Market are only a few minutes drive.
Historically, the property functioned as a horse farm, pictured here in the 1980’s.

Today, it is home to 65 residents and is managed by 5 HOA board members
